Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. My therapy approach integrates proven methods like Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help you find relief from anxiety, heal from trauma, and create a hopeful new path forward.

With IFS, we’ll gently explore your inner world to better understand the different parts of yourself. This compassionate approach supports self-acceptance, enhances emotional balance, strengthens your relationships.

EMDR is another powerful tool I use, particularly helpful for resolving trauma and distressing memories. Through techniques like bilateral stimulation (such as guided eye movements), EMDR eases the emotional intensity of difficult experiences, empowering you to move forward with greater clarity and peace.

I also draw from other effective methods—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), polyvagal theory, solution-focused therapy, and exposure techniques—allowing us to tailor our sessions specifically to your needs. Think of our work together as building a personalized toolbox of practical skills you can rely on long after therapy.
